The Welsh Poppy is said to bring energy and inspiration back into our lives, something I feel in need of as the cold weather starts to shift and the natural world begins to wake up. According to folklore, wild Welsh Poppies don’t flourish outside Wales itself, but I found a village dotted with these bright yellow blooms on the edge of Dartmoor.
